All Middle School students at SJCA are required to complete 10 hours of service per semester (20 total per year).  High School students are are required to complete 25 hours per year.  Students that participate in NHS may have additional service hour requirements.  Students should complete the form below and submit it to their Theology teacher for each service project they complete.  Any questions should be directed to the student's individual Theology teacher.
